How long will it take to receive my order?

How much do you charge for delivery?

We offer a free UK delivery service to Zone A on our delivery map.

How do I order online?

Simply add your chosen product to the cart, proceed to the checkout and submit the required details. Once this process has been completed you will shortly afterwards receive an order confirmation email. This email contains an outline of your order details and confirms and explains what happens next. Your confirmation email will also contain your unique order number which should be quoted in all correspondence

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo or Visa Delta. Alternatively you may pay by cheque made payable to Specialist Performance Limited. All orders include UK VAT @ 15%. Onlinetoysdirect.co.uk uses HSBC Secure E-Payments to process all credit card transactions.

How do I know if it’s safe to shop online with you?

What sort of warranties do you offer?

Our Trampoline Packages come with a comprehensive warranty which includes 12 months cover for the enclosure, jump mat, springs and galvanised steel frame. Providing you with guaranteed peace of mind whilst you and your family enjoy your new trampoline!

How will my trampoline be delivered?

All of our trampolines are delivered free of charge* by a specialist carrier service within 1-2 working days*. The carriers work Monday - Friday from 7am - 7pm. Your item will come in 2-4 boxes depending on the model you have ordered, this makes it easier to move once delivered.

Who do I contact for any technical support I may need?

For technical questions / queries about the product you purchased, please first of all complete our online form and a member of our technical team will be in touch within 24-48 hours to resolve your issue.
