Will you send an order confirmation?

We'll send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes your order number, and confirms the delivery information you provided during the order process. The e-mail also lists each product you ordered and the price.

How long does it take to receive my order?

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a standard delivery fee of £19.95 for a standard UK delivery.

Do you ship overseas?

Right now, we're unable to ship outside the United Kingdom & Ireland. Unfortunately, we can't accept International credit cards or any credit card with a billing address outside the UK.

Can you send me a catalogue?

In order to keep our prices as low as possible we do not produce a catalogue, however our full range of products are always featured on our website, this also enables us to inform you of special offers/sale prices as soon as they become available.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Who do I call for technical support for the products I buy?

For technical questions about the product you purchased, please call the manufacturer directly. Usually, you'll find contact information on the product package.
